Recent legislative reforms, such as amendments to the Foreign Investments Act and Public Services Act, now allow up to 100% foreign ownership in airlines and airports. Additional measures, including the CREATE MORE Act and ongoing modernization of aviation authorities, are enhancing competitiveness and attracting private sector participation.
